An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Is currently looking for a Part time Senior Global Campaigns Manager based in the south London area.  This is afull time temporary role for a period of 3-6 months workinga 2-3 day week.  

 

The Campaigns team is part of the Global Communications Function and is focused creating a movement for sustainable growth that sees our business soar in the years to come while simultaneously shaping a brighter future for us all.

The Communications team works closely with theSustainable Business team and the Brand teamwhich has recently launched a consumer campaign called ........  

 

Reporting to the Global Campaigns and Engagement Director, the Senior Global Campaigns Manager will lead the development and implementation of communication campaigns designed to influence internal and external audiences, to be activated in markets around the world with a particular focus on the top eleven

 

This role is primarily focused on internal campaigningacross diverse employee communities, building engagement and fostering measurable action around sustainabilitythrough the #brightfuture campaign.  This focus is increasingly important as we look to demonstrate both internally and externally that the USLP is embedded into our everyday business at the heart of our business model.   A secondary, but important, dimension will be developing key opinion former communications aligned to campaign themes and working with brand teams (including the brand) to understand how we can communicate effectively to other external audiences including consumers.

 

esponsibilities and Skills

 

As a member of the Campaigns Team, contribute to the development and delivery of the Global Campaigns strategy for both internal and external communications.
Ability to devise and take operational responsibility for the implementation of #brightfuture, a multi-channel, multi-market internal communications campaign, aligned with the Communications Strategy.  This will require well-developed project management skills and ability to manage and influence stakeholders in Brand teams and Communication teams around the world.
Effectively manage budgets for specific campaigns and programmes. This includes the ability to accurately build a detailed cost plan for campaigns, negotiate rates with third party suppliers and prioritise resources where necessary.
Work closely with colleagues in the Brand teams in order to ensure that the overall employee engagement plan is coherent, and that correct and consistent messaging runs across campaign programmes and day-to-day communications. This will demand proactive relationship management skills and the ability to build trust and effective matrix working arrangements.
Build effective working relationships with communications managers in markets, with particular focus on the top eleven markets. This includes working with markets to determine the best way to involve them in campaign planning, seeking their feedback and input in an efficient and effective manner.
Work effectively with the Global Channels team to ensure that campaigns are supported by a consistent, involving and well-planned narrative aimed at creating a movement for sustainable growth.
Develop briefs and manage the selection process for agencies where external support is required to deliver programmes. Manage the relationship with agencies, ensuring appropriate use is made of external skills and capacity and that agency outputs are closely aligned with, and adding value to, the specific campaigns agenda.
Set KPIs for campaigns and ensure timely reporting to key stakeholders to demonstrate how we are creating followership for our movement for sustainable growth.
Build on input and feedback from stakeholders across the business to ensure continuous improvement of our campaigns strategy and delivery.
