Key point of contact for line managers for issue
Providing guidance and support to LMs and HRBP communities in geography on performance improvement, grievance, redundancy processes etc. in line with local governance and legislation. This includes case management of these examples through to conclusion.
Support line managers and employees with HR Service issue resolution - coaching on correct use of processes and advising on how to escalate issues with HR Services/via HR Service Delivery.
Coach, counsel, and guide managers with regards to HR policy queries
Participate on geography continuous improvement projects.
Assist with some aspects of recruitment tasks as needed, working with outsourced or insourced recruitment teams - e.g. advising on immigration issues (seeking advice as necessary), completing Business Unit Hire forms, assisting with changes to non-standard offer documents.
Track HR policy query trends and provide appropriate training to upskill line managers and employees
Provide support and structure to HR agenda and calendar of HR activities in relation to geography specific outputs and processes, participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives where appropriate
Manage HR administration e.g. filing, bring forward system etc.
