Develop and Implement the governance processes and procedures required for the City Corporation’s approach to collecting and allocating CIL, including;
a. Being the first point of contact for all CIL related correspondence and to answer CIL related enquiries from members of staff and members of the public.
b. Develop managing and monitor all aspects of S106 and CIL administration and database
c. Developing and implement processes for the allocation and monitoring of the CIL levy
d. Prepare reports to senior management including preparation of annual monitoring reports
e. Maintain a clear record of CIL funds collected in conjunction with finance officers
f. Mapping of section 106 obligations and CIL Levy
