Day-to-day management and coordination of the assigned business change project/s, in line with the CLIENT ways of working
Identify and agree the strategic requirements of all relevant parties across the business to establish overall project scope including deliverables, outcomes, change requirements and desired business benefits
Define and establish the cross-functional team required to support the delivery of the project. Provide support and direction to the project team (both dedicated roles directly reporting to you and other assigned team members), and drive good project and change management disciplines to improve change execution
Develop and maintain project plans and budgets which will deliver to stakeholder and business needs, and ensure that specific deadlines and milestones are agreed and communicated to all parties involved.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring that they have been recorded adequately and in line with CLIENT standards and have owners assigned and mitigating actions in place, with timely escalation in an appropriate manner when required
Provide appropriate project controls and monitoring to ensure the project is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements. Manage the production of project control documentation and review/update at each stage of the project lifecycle.
Lead effective stakeholder management, reporting and governance processes to ensure that the delivery progress, risks and issues, costs and benefits are reported regularly and that appropriate decisions can be made
Ensure maximum efficiency and value for money through robust cost challenge and cost management throughout the project (budgets, estimates, forecasting, resource utilisation)
Ensure business readiness for implementation / handover, ensuring the organisation effectively adopts and sustains the change so that strategic outcomes and targeted business benefits are achieved
Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. Support and promote compliance with those requirements within the role and the business.
Create a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, where feedback is actively sought and acted upon
Ensure consistent application of CLIENT Group Transformation project management standards and ways of working, so that change is delivered effectively and efficiently
Role model the CLIENT leadership behaviours (authentic, engaging, uncompromising) at all times, and work to embed these both within your team and across the wider business
