REC Compliance test audit RESULTS in a pass of 92%

It’s imperative that Recruitment Agencies who are members of REC abide by the REC Code of Professional Practice

REC published a new compliance test audit which all agencies who are members of REC have to take, failure to do the test or failing can result in an agencies REC membership being revoked and the agencies name discredited

We are proud to announce that once again DEEKAY TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT passed the 2016 REC compliance test audit

Passing the Compliance test audit shows we are up to date with government legislation and follow all practices put in place by REC. Having achieved a result of 92% shows that we have improved our score from the last audit.

We are proud to announce that DEEKAY TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT passed the 2014 REC compliance test audit

Passing the Compliance test audit shows we are up to date with government legislation and follow all practices put in place by REC. Our aim for next years (2015) R.E.C compliance test audit is to increase our 80% score, scheduled training has been arranged to improve our compliance and recruitment department, keep an eye on our website news and we will update you in 2015

Like all recruitment companies we require Compliance from your when you go for an interview through us – this would include the following:


Either 1 document from list A or 2 documents from list B and C will be required.

Passport copies must clearly show the personal details page, the picture of you, any visa information, the expiry date section and the front cover.


List A - One Example required

UK Passport

Passport issued by a state, which is party to the EAA (European Economic Area)

A UK residence permit

Registration Card – stating holder is entitled to take employment in the UK

 

List B - Two examples required; one from List B and one from List C

P45

P60

NI Card

Letter from Inland Revenue or Benefits Agency stating the NI number

Document issued by the Inland Revenue, DWP, Jobcentre Plus or Employment Service


List C:

Long Birth Certificate – one of the birth parents must be listed. Short birth certificates will not be accepted.

Certificate of registration or naturalisation as a British citizen

Letter issued by Home Office indicating indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK

Immigration status document

Letter issued by Home Office indicating subsisting leave to enter or remain in UK and is entitled to take a job in the UK

Immigration Status Document endorsed with a UK residence permit granting limited leave to enter or remain in the UK

 



In addition to the above, we may also ask for:

National Insurance Number

References - This can be anything from 2 – 5 years off your CV (Please note we can  also accept personal references)

Driving License - If the role you are applying for requires a driving license ( if business insurance is needed we may also ask for copies of this)

Qualifications / certificates 


Failure to provide the above could result in your offer of employment being revoked
